What if my ring doesn't fit?
If the ring you receive does not fit you perfectly, send us an email at team@ashvins.shop and we will be more than glad to resize it for you completely free of charge.
What if I don't like the jewelry I receive?
If there is absolutely anything you don't like, let us know and we will refund your money as soon as we get the jewelry back, no questions asked.
When will I get my order?
It depends on where you live. For people in the EU, shipping generally takes around a week. If you are outside the EU, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. Additionally, all of our orders are tracked, so you will be able to see where your order is as it travels.
What materials do you use?
All of our silver jewelry is made from 925 silver. For gold-plated variants we use 925 silver as the base and plate it with 14k gold. Gold variants are solid 14k gold.
